Beyond the Horizon supports children, young people and their families who have been bereaved by death or who feel unhappy after the divorce or separation of their parents through counselling and other activities for children and young people living in Birmingham.
The Children's Centre provides a wide range of services for families with children under 5 years, living in Bideford and the surrounding area.
Our services include:
Stay and play groups, both at the Children’s Centre and in the community
Antenatal, baby health clinics and breastfeeding support
One-to-one family support
The Billericay Parents Forum offers support to local families. The organisation is run solely by parents, but works in close partnership with local schools, health and other professionals and many other organisations in the area.
The project offers a range of free/low cost parenting courses with childcare provided and a range of other parenting related workshops which take place at local venues such as children's centres.

Assists people with A.D.H.D. and other associated conditions, including coping with the disability or seeking help for someone with A.D.H.D. Also offers a parent support group every other Monday at the Eric Tolhurst Centre for supporting parents and children with A.D.H.D.
Bluebell is a Bristol based charity which provides support for families through depression related to pregnancy and birth in the Bristol area. Parents can currently access our help in a number of ways:
Bookstart is a National programme that encourages parents and carers to share and enjoy books together with their children from a very early age.
The aim of Bookstart is to provide every baby in Sheffield with a Bookstart pack to inspire, stimulate and create a love of reading and to show that books are fun!
The first Bookstart pack is designed for babies from between 6 - 12 months, Bookstart plus is for toddlers aged between 18 months -
The Bosnia and Herzegovina Community Advice Centre seeks to enhance the quality of life for disadvantaged members of the elderly West Balkan community who arrived in London as refugees in the early 1990’s, specifically those in poverty and isolation. The Centre supports their diverse needs through the provision of welfare, educational and cultural services at a welcoming Centre for all people from West Balkan.

Support for the whole family, including the elderly, with particular emphasis on the child and young single parents. Offers services including; Befriending, budgeting, counselling, home, hospital, B&B and prison visits, basic maths and English.
BAND is an umbrella organisation which supports and develops childcare provision in and around Bristol. They provide services to childcare providers, people working with children, families and employers. As well as working locally, BAND also plays an active role in national initiatives in the fields of childcare, play provision and working parents' issues, working closely with key agencies.
