no she has never had regular contact with her dad right from day 1. after 3 yrs of this she finally decided not to see him any more. i have never known her to be so adamant about anything before this.

Welcome laurelly, it is interesting that your daughter is adamant that she doesn't want to see her dad. Do you know why? Come and start a thread in Parenting Support where we can chat to you individually.
