• The service supports children and young people (0-25) with special educational needs and/or disabilities as well as their parents/carers.
• We offer information and a range of resources about the law on special educational needs and disability.
• The service provides Independent Support and advice to children and young people with SEN and/or disabilities and their parents/carers on the transition to Education, Health and Care (EHC) Plans.
