Easy Chicken Fajitas
- 2 chicken breasts
- 2 peppers
- 1 onion
- 1/2 tin chopped tomatoes
- Herbs & Spices of choice
- Pitta bread
Cut chicken breast into thin strips, then fry for 5 minutes with a dash of oil. Add sliced onion and peppers and cook until soft.
Add the tomatoes, herbs and spices, mix them up and cook until the sauce is heated through.
Serve in a pitta bread with salad.
