4 Week Menu Plan

At the end of a busy day, the last thing we want to think about is what to cook for the family, so to take the stress out of deciding what to eat every evening we have created a 4 week Menu Plan to help and below you will find a link to a Shopping List that you will need for all the meals given.

Roast chicken with vegetables and potatoes Vegetarian Shepherd’s Pie with Carrots Roast beef dinner with vegetables and potatoes Spanish pork stew with roast potatoes

A few tips

When cooking a meal, such as roast chicken, save the bones, put them into a pan and cover with water, simmer gently for a couple of hours and you have the stock for the next day’s Hearty Vegetable and Chicken Soup.

Similarly, if you decide to cook the roast beef dinner, save any remains either for sandwiches the next day or to chop finely and use as the base for the cottage pie the following night. Bulk it out, with perhaps some pulses and vegetables, before topping with mashed potato and cooking in the oven. Now to get 4 week Shopping List for the above Menu plan.
