High Trees Children's Centre - Hertfordshire

High Trees Children's Centre has been designated to provide and offer a range of services to support families with children aged 0-5 years.

High Trees Children's Centre works in partnership with a range of service providers and partners, such as Health, Job Centre Plus, Childminders and most importantly the families of the local community to provide a variety of services.

Services include:

• Play and Learn Sessions
• Toy Library
• Outreach and Family Support, including home visits
• Health services such as baby clinics
• Childminder networks
• Parent support including parenting groups and adult learning
• Support for all families, including those with special needs
