hi im a singile mum again in soton ive 3 kids a litte boy 7 one litte lady 8 and a grumpy teen 14 ithere my life but im just fed up with it all i dont know any one i can go weeks with out chatting to any one apart from my kids

I have one teenager and that can be tough enough at times, so I imagine have two more children, life can seem pretty dominated by them at times.
Louise recommended a great article, I wonder if you are working? Or if you would consider volunteering somewhere, it gets you back into socialising with adults, even if it is for only a few hours a week!

Hi karina74. Welcome along to One Space. How long have you lived where you are? Is it that you're new to the area? How about the parents at the children's schools? Perhaps inviting their friends round after school for an hour or so, even weekends, that could be a good start of getting to know their parents, which in turn could lead to friendships.
