Community Housing Aid - Exeter

Community Housing Aid provides independent housing advice, support, care and resettlement services to homeless and vulnerable people in Exeter. Community Housing Aid runs projects that help tackle and resolve the causes of homelessness:

Their Projects include:

• Smartmove – a rent deposit guarantee scheme for people on low incomes to help them move into private rented accommodation. This service only take referrals from Exeter, East, and Mid-Devon Councils.
• Nightstop- an emergency overnight accommodation service for young people aged 16-25 yrs old. 
• Resettlement- an accommodation finding and tenancy support service for people leaving Wonford Hospital and for ex-offenders leaving prison.
