Single Parent Holiday's

daisyday

I'm new and not sure where I should post anything at the moment but thought I would post a note on here about the Single Parent Travel Club.

It's a non profit making organisation which has about 300 members throughout the UK, like minded individuals who get together for day's out, breaks and holidays to suit every budget.

It costs £10 to join, all the holidays are organised by members and you are free to advertise your own holidays too...there are trips to places like Centreparcs where you can share a villa and split the cost....or trips abroad where you just book individually but are within a small group.

Jane...off to have a good browse..

I misread the title and I though someone was trying to tell me that being a single parent was a holiday :)

 Bubblegum!

Hello daisyday thanks for that recommendation.

Mousie, and anyone else, if you go to our home page and click on "Useful Links" and then "Holidays", there is a list of several holiday organisations, including this one.

Hi blackbutterfly, welcome to One Space! Nice to 'meet' you!

Do you have any pictures that you would like to share with us? If so, please go to our Family Quilt. It is a space for our parents to share their pictures, poems or stories with others.

Look forward to talking to you more. :D

Thanx..

I wouldn't put them into modelling though, unless they asked me but even then I wouldn't be too keen, I don't want them to be in a world where physical beauty and materialistic ideals are given too much importance.. I think modelling and the glamour industry is rather evil and puts about an image of life and beauty that is not attainable to normal people.. it's part of the reason that we live in a world of wants and greed, being sold an idea of attainable perfection in adverts and magazines..

^^ : )

But thanx anyway :)
