Hello from a Newbie

Hi,

I have just found this site after surfing the website for a long while looking for like minded people in similar situations.

I am a Single Mum to beautiful twin daughters who are 8 and have been on my own now approaching 5 years. I still find it really hard at times hence the reason I hope that finding this forum, it might acctually help me by chatting more to others in the same boat.

I look forward to getting to know you all and finding my way around.

I just said hello to you on the other thread but here I am again to say a big HI :D Hope you are able to navigate your way round the site Ok. You will see that there are various sections. For the evenings, we have just started an Evening Chat section (at the bottom of the list of threads) and are encouraging people to go there to meet up online in the evenings. We have practical threads like Food glorious food (in General Interest) and inspirational ones such as Your Story in the Introduce Yourself section. All in all, I hope you enjoy joining in!

Hello, My name is Michael.
My situation is similar to yours. I've been a single Dad for eight years. I have a girl and boy who I have custody of. I've really just focused on them. So it was nice to find this site as a way to talk to people in a similar position. I'm not very good on the computer, so I'm still having trouble using this site. If you would like to talk any time, that would be nice.
