Can Anyone analyze these recurring dreams ?

bourne

Hi,

Do you have a recurring dream, i have two that i have all the time, I have some really good dreams, no nightmares, and one dream that i am convinced was me in a past life.

1. Im dying for the toilet but cannot find one anywhere, when i find one theres no privacy ?

2. I cant find my car anywhere i look everywhere and sometimes i have to run for miles to
find it ?

By the way if the interpretation is that im some weirdo then just keep it to yourself.

The reason im posting this thread is that i overheard an old man say that his daughter kept having the same dream over and over. The subconscious mind is very important to our well being. When she had her dream analyzed ( u.s spelling i think) she realised that she needed to make changes to her life, she did and she was a much more fulfilled person.

Our recurring dreams it appears could be the subconscious trying to reach out for help ?

If im being daft just ignore this question, its late and i need a cup of tea and im waffling on again............

Ive also just realised this is really general. not single parent based but i thought it may be interesting if anyone else has a recurring dream but hasnt thought about analysing it ?

It may be interesting.

Hi Bourne!
sounds really interesting the past life one, I am a great believer in past lives too. I would love to hear about that one!?

As for toilet & car, doesn't every one have them then? oh maybe not LOL!

I am having dreams at the moment too, but not repeating them on here as people are looking over their glasses at me!

I've had the loo and the car dream. I think they're quite common. I'll have to google to see if there's interpretations anywhere...

The loo dream often has me sprinting for the bathroom.

Hi bourne

I think the loo dream is because you actually DO want to go to the loo but you are so tired that your body wants to stay asleep, I have that dream loads, and always wake up just as I either reach a suitable loo or think "I don't care, I will do it in this communal room anyway"...that's when I know I have to rush to the bathroom pronto, like you sparkling lime

The car one, I have never had that......I am no Sigmund Freud (my beard's better than his  ) but I wonder if it could be that you know you want to move forward with your life and wou are wondering how to, and how to find the means to help you? That fits with your current situation, from what you say.

If that was you in a previous life surely you would know where you parked it!!
I don't have a clue how many lives we have but I do know that I must have done some pretty sh**ty things in my last one, but ever the optomist my next one should be great! And so should yours too :D

Erm ah, right the loo dream isnt so significant then thanks for that louise

My car lost, had that dream for years. Louise i think you may be right though i do feel like theres a part of my life i need to move forward with ? but what ?, obviously my current situation has me worried about my future, probably worry that i will never meet a nice woman.

My past life dream.

Im walking over the brow of a hill wearing a long grey robe, sandals, belt. Suddenly a man on horseback weilding a sword gallops towards me, i know im done for as he raises his sword. As he strikes my neck i feel a sudden sharp burning rush then darkness. Everything about the dream was so real and i awoke knowing that that was part of my past. Thats it.

Mousie you havent done anything bad in a previous life , like me been unlucky, Youve got a big heart and sound like a really nice person, what hobbies do you have ?

Hey Pansy whats this dream about anyway, you cant leave us all wondering ??

Bourne,
you need to not have tea before bed mate! LOL!
Loo dream is subconscious telling you to go to loo!

Lost car dream, I've had that too. Is very anxiety producing. Meaning may be:

Quote:
you spend most of your time trying to get back what it was you have lost - but you never get it back. This tells me that you are probably going to have to eventually move on. Write off the old car and get a new one - and the sooner you start, the sooner the rest of your life can begin.
