My name is Helen, 45 next month and a single parent!!!
Not sure what I should be saying on here.....but well here goes...single parent of 3 kids..well I use the term kids a bit loosely as 2 of them are teenagers and the youngest is just 3...Hmmm I hear you say....bit late in your life to be doing that..yep you're right but hey...woman for a challenge in life!! That's me!

Sounds as if you have done the family thing in two slices. What differences have you found with your little one? Are you more patient? more tired? Maybe you could tell us a bit about your teenagers as well. My boys are 21 and 16 now and I have done many years as a single parent as I split up from their dad when they were 8 and 3.
