Hi willow

How about getting in touch with CAFCASS and explaining the court case is closed and asking whether there is a new legal action they are concerned with.

I would ask CAFCASS first and then if they say there is something ongoing, THEN go back to your solicitor

Hi willow, so now at least you know. I agree with shaz5, he didn't like the idea of a contact centre. Now are you going to get some legal advice next?

Hi willow, abusive ex partners will use the courts and cafcass to continue to harrass you, keep reminding yourself of this.

Is he doing it to see his daughter or is it just to keep causing trouble and disturbance. I hope that you managed to get hold of your solicitor.

hi Anna,

i have managed to get ahold of my solicitor and she thinks this could have been done at the start of the case...it just took this long (5months)...but cafcass said the application was made on the 2nd of this month so i do think your right Anna i think he wants so cause hassle!

my solicitor has said nothing will be done now till after the new year :-(
