understanding help seeking behaviours in survivors of partner abuse

i'm not really sure that this is a media request as my work won't necesarily be published, but i am still asking for participation in a project i am working on - so thought i may as well give it a shot! :)

My name is Roisin Mooney, and I am a student currently working on a study called 'Understanding help seeking behaviours in survivors of partner abuse'. This study is interested in how people cope with the abuse, and what facilitates or prevents them seeking help. The study is open, to all over the age of 18, who have suffered some form of partner abuse. Participation is anonymous and involves talking to myself about their experiences for about 45mins, this can be done over the telephone. (or face to face, if living relatively local to west london, or east and north hertfordshire)

Hi Sally,

Its for my dissertation project at university so just as soon as possible really!

I'm ideally looking to conduct all my interviews by the 17th December, but could definitely squeeze one or two after that if there were people that were interested.

Is it something that you feel you would be eligable for or would like to take part in? If so please drop me an email and i can provide you with more information or answer and questions you may have.
