I dont want to go into to much detail but this is my first post and wish to share my experience

I met my partner in 2000, however her mood swings were unpredictable, we bought our first house in 05 and had my first child, a girl, in 07.  She had 2 chldren from a previous relationship

She kept saying she was abused as a child, but would not go futher.

After out daughter was born her mood swings esculated, suffering phychosis, beleived possessed by devil, and thought i was her dad - i went for help bit was laughed at by authorities.  She then ran away into a refuge and told various stories to authorities.

Social Services stopped me seeing my daughter due to my size, being 6ft 2 and 17 stone (physically fit) they also had me removed from the police as i might use police powers to find my daughter.  A year later another social services passed her back to me as they raised the exact same concens as me.  I had sectioned people within the police so i knew what to look for previously.  we now know other professionals raised concerns, but no action taken.

Since being in my care (ex was on superision order until sept 10) my daughter have become very confident liitle girl - a true daddies girl, however she has hinted that she has been abused, she has had the signs medically too.  i have yet again raised concerns, however still being ignored, they stating that i do not know what evidence is.

obviously i could go on and in depth as my case is very serious but has anyone had similar experiences  being ignored just because they are a man

i did forget to add that the authorities have been engeering situationsand playing on her phychosis - they were teeling her i was mental for saying she was possessed by devil, they told her i got my police mates to kidnap my daughter, they had recently wanted to issue legal proceedings against me  as my ex told them i was bullying her and was confirmed ex did not know anything about nor did she even speak or meet with them.  The last court hearing and under family therapy she admitted she was abused as a child but could not understand why me and my family are not abusing her.

They said taking my daughter to GP was abuse (painful urinating - soreness no infection led to infection then into hospitalation internl bleeding) - they then ammended medical records to say hospitalised with head injury

I have sent you a personal reply in respect of your concerns but yes, I think there are other dads who feel that the system discriminates against them.

We are unable to discuss anything to do with the case in point here, though, as we are in the public domain.

Yes i agree - and know lots of dads that have given up on their children due to discrimination of the system - and being ex police i have seen first hand -

Hello paul

Yes the court system is very difficult and expensive when trying to find stablity for the children.

I too found it very difficult to keep hold of my children as i had all the basics covered for mine the family home schools support network stability thankfuly the courts did see that i was at the time the stable life for my children and i have them, but the ex partner is a constent thorn in the side.

I believe she has some sort of mental illness but theres nothing you can do about it.

She is re married and has a new husband baby and a stay at home mum but still continues to want to interfere in my life think its one of those i dont want you but i dont want anyone else to as i have a new partnera and its serious and the kids get on with her.

Wish you all the best.

Stuart
