Whitaker

Just become single after I found out my finance told me A was moving out. She moved out about three weeks ago, and since then I've found out she was having an affair for at least 4 to 6 months. We've a son who is 2 and a bit.

My question is what can I claim?

im on basic pay of £6.72 ish an hour and will be moving to a house which I will be paying the usual bills etc etc.

Month pay after tax and ins is £948.

when we were together she claimed all the benifits and I never saw a penny which she was getting? I know we had a joint account and £230 went in every week! But that was all. She has a daughter of 12 year old which she got maintenance for but that went into her old house to pay for the morgage. we put 40% of our wages in. Hers was £320 a month and mind was about £450 a month.

im taking my son every Wednesday night after nursery and dropping him off the next morning at hers. Then every 2 weeks I pick him up from nerdy dry on a Friday night 6pm and take him back Monday morning 8am. She works 20 hours a week and she has told who ever she only works 16 hours.

Oh nursery is 748 pounds is month. My mum pays one day a week. And she gets benifits or something like that to pay for that. He's at nursery 4 days a week. 8am to 6 pm. Per day session is £44 i think.

now my question can I get any benefits like she is doing?
