does anyone have psoriasis on ere, myn as flared up, gutted
welll started gluten and wheat free diet monday, on day 3, no sugar no milk no coffee, heard really good for psoriasis, im also takin evening primrose and high strength cod liver oil, also ordered a cream 27quid online meant b good, its sunny today and normaly id b happy but hate it, cos dotn want take my jacket off cos dotn want show my arms, no1 understands at all unless u have it

just seen your post and found this website, got some useful info but you have probably seen it already. Has the doctor given you anything useful? I had it many years ago and I think I was putting some sort of Benedry cream on it. I remember being it soooooo itchy! I got it on my hands, little red scabby things, I ended up having to wear gloves. Made me look pretty weird! Mind you, that 27 quid cream will cure it, at that price it had better!
My boys' dad had this and he found that coal tar soap helped to soothe it (but I am not a doctor of course!)
