Hi betarolla. Welcome along. You're completely right about not smoking around the baby. As he is not listening to you, would your health visitor maybe give your ex a call or something? Perhaps your ex will listen to someone professional? There must also be some information on line that you could show him. I'm not sure if you can stop the overnight visits though. Is this an agreement between yourselves, or is it something the court has set up?

Hello betarolla and welcome to One Space. Hazeleyes has made a good suggestion about asking your health visitor to intervene, but you could also show him this article or this article and this article (click to see) There has actually been a growing campaign to make it illegal to expose babies to soke although this has not been made law.

If he still will not listen then I suggest a letter from your solicitor saying that you do not want your baby to be exposed to this
