Hello mighty boosh

How absolutely horrifying, ylou must be frantic with worry. Your poor son.

The good news is that social servies are involved. They are not the most popular of people but in a situation like this they need to be brought in.

There is no reason you cannot get a residency order for him based on the information you have given in this post. However, I am not a solicitor. Please email our Legal Expert (click here to get the right page) and she will suggest the way forward for you.

Hi mighty boosh. Wow, that is terrifying, your little one overdosing on her medication. Can I ask who it is that has told you that she is telling your four year old that you are bad etc? When was the last time you saw him? Good luck with the court

i saw him last saturday, had the most amazing time. hes three, and hes been telling me that im a bad dad and that i hit mummy and the police had to take me away. where on earth does a three year old get that information?? his mum has also told everyone she has bi-polar (the meds my son overdosed on were her bi-polar meds and anti biotics and muscle stimulants) but now shes telling people in court she has personallity disorder, which is an unmedicated syndrome. does anyone know if my solicitor could push through for an emergency full custody case?? i dont know whether there is such thing. im really worried about my boy.

Hello mightyboosh

Did you email our Legal Expert as I suggested? You imply that you have your own solicitor, what do they say?

Surely there will be medical records which will show what your child had taken? Social Services will need the medical evidence to decide on the risks your boy may be facing. Have you got any contact with Social Services yourself?
