That is amazing, Helly

What do you think about it all?

Hi louise,

I think the it's a disgrace to force the unemployed in to 'Voluntary' work for private companies. The lady in question is already volunteering for a Museum to gain valuable experience/skills related to her Geology Degree. It's all about DWP/JC staff targets, also the WP again are forcing clients into Mandatory Voluntary roles-contradictory isn't it. I  know there are certain individuals who work the system and don't want to work, however they are the minorty.

By the way Happy New Year!

And Happy New Year to you too, Helly!

Say if the case suceeds, surely that will set a legal precedent to enable ALL claimants to escape the enforced work plans?

I really am so against this government.  I know things need to be done, yet the way they're targeting things...

I'm guessing making people work for private firms and them not pay is a way they'll take them on.  I don't really see why any business should take on staff who don't want to work - and as you say, they are a minority...
