I recently moved to a bigger property (yayyyy I no longer share a bedroom with my 2 year old hehe)
Ive arranged a collection point for her fathers visits close by but not from my actual address as I dont want him knowing where I live (I just would like some things in my life private & not involving him) Is there any law stating he needs to know my full address, I do not know his full address or even town which im more than fine about. We still have contact via telephone
He has my sisters and parents addresses and numbers. I know it sounds silly but I just want at least 1 thing in my life seperate from him.
I would most definitely want his address if she ever stayed with him as shes always been my main priority/in my care but things are a bit different the other way round & as shes always lived with me. him knowing my address wont make any difference to our situation as he lives hours away so if there was an emergency he couldnt get here in quick time & we have been meeting at meeting points for months (if that makes sense?) But I do see your point.
A has been so good in her own room, shes perfectly happy by herself :)
Oh well, he has those other addresses! it must feel so lovely to make a fresh start in your new home and good news that A has settled so well 
I don't think there is a law, Tinkerbell2. I know about the contact arrangements you have, but say if he had A at his house, I am thinking you would definitely want to know where she was! so in that respect it would seem reasonable that he knows the address and I am also thinking that if he was a more involved and interested dad then you would feel more able to do this!..however, I do understand why this feels uncomfortable in your circumstances so I would suggest that at least he can know the address of someone else in your life so had another way to contact you if neccessary, if phone contact was lost.
Fantastic news that you now have a new home! Is A sleeping better for having her own room?
