hello my name is Y ;-)  hope any can help me, i m german and married tooa british citizien. this time i m seperatet have 4 kids under 7 and claim before jsa. now i m make my change too income s. and there say i need a permanent residence too get my money. but how i never work in the uk, i m nearly 9 years here. all my kids are british citzien, so now my question i will get again jsa without permanent residence ? hope any can help ;-) thanks

You can always apply for permanent residency? Look at the Home Office webpage and go to your local Citizens Advice Bureau.
