Good morning kiera, sorry that there was no one online to talk to you last night, it sounds as though you were reaching the end of your tether.

Why do you think she was refusing to go to sleep? What time did she eventually go down?

Hi kiera, it sounds as if last night was better for you? I agree it is a good idea to have a routine. it is worth remembering that after 7pm (or whatever time you decide to start the routine) you become as boring as possible, just use a quiet low voice, maybe read a little bedtime story but don't let her think anything interesting will be happening after she goes into her cot. She will be going into a bed soon so now is the time to get the routine established before she can get out of bed all too easily.

Do you feel any better about this now?
