That's a long time to be separated from your children. Do you live near them now?

Have a look at this website which is for people in your situation.

You could alse see what is in your local area in terms of courses/clubs etc, that is a good way to meet people

Hi ringy. Welcome along. Wow, that is a long time to have not seen the chlldren. Do you get to speak to them on a regular basis or anything? This is a great site, so please do keep posting, as others will be along during the day and evening.

Hello from me as well.

I'm sorry that you've not seen your children for so long.  That must be very difficult leaving.

Hi ringy

Would you consider moving back to the area you used to live? You could be closer to your friends and your children?

That must be awfully hard for you ringy. Have you consulted a solicitor? On what grounds is he stopping you from seeing them?

She cannot stop you seeing your children on that basis. As you're waiting on the next court date, does this mean that you've attended court before? If so, what was the result of that one?

Sorry to interrupt, but have you moved to be nearer them, or are you quite a distance from them too?  Also, on the previous court date, did they not sort out any appropriate times for you to see the children? Also, has a CAFCASS been involved? And finally, what are the childrens' views on the situation, as they would be old enough for the court to take them into account?
