Hello everyone, I need help. I want to know if there are any programs that I can do here. I am not the victim and infact I am ashamed that I am the abuser but I want to change my life

Hello kyllesmiley and welcome along to One Space,

Well done you i think that it probably took a lot of courage to admit that you have some abusive tendencies, unfortunately we do not have any programmes for perpetrators you can take a look at this link which has links where you maybe able to find a programme or support services locally to you.

Another option that people in your position are often offered when there are no progammes available is Anger Management Courses  but i'm not sure if this would be appropriate to you?

Hi kyllesmiley you could seek advice from The Family Rights Group they help advise families that have social services involvement.
