i was hoping someone could help me, i been going to court now for the past 3 years as my ex partner wants access to my child, but alots of things now have come out about his family one been on the sex offeneders list as he was downloading expisit child photos, and socail service and the police told me to stop contact so i did, but now what happened he started sending sex texts to of his sibilings, and i got told to stop contact again, i will never trust him as i had to read the stuff he sent her, but now court has ordered that he is allowed to see her for 1 hour a week supervised , but social service are over looking the fact he has done this to a sibiling and he still gets contact and he hasnt seen my child for nearly over half her life so now social have said to me if i dont send her i will go to prison and my child heard that now she will now leave me she isnt sleeping she wont go to school beacuse she thinking i am going t be took away, is there anything i could do? and i have legal aid if i cancled it beacuse i am not having with my solistor will he still be able to take me to court even though i dont have funding anymore as half of my legal aid had to go on stuff like section 7 report and stuff like that, hope i an get some help here , sorry for the spelling i m not that good at it
nope his isnt our last one we got 4 hearing for the next 4 weeks and got 1 reveiw in june, but my child is now very upset and wont go to school, she will not leave me, and my child is nearly 5 and was happy and would go to school but now she wont, and i carnt do n e thing about it , it upsets me in the fact he is doing this to my child, thank you for ur comment back, i just needed to let all out beacuse no onw eles is listerning to me not even the jude

Welcome to One Space. I'm sorry you're having such a difficult time.
As you've already found, the boards are a great place to 'off load'. Please have a good look round - there is a wealth of information in the threads here and you may find some information that is of use to you.
I'd also ask you to consider asking our legal expert to ask their advice on your situation - I've put the link you need here. You might not learn anything new, but it wouldn't hurt to get a second opinion.
Sorry to hear your little one has become clingy and reluctant to leave your side as a result of what's going on. Do you have a little boy or a girl? How are your family and friends in terms of support?

thank you for ur reply, and i have messaged the legal advice to see if they can help me in any way, and i have a little girl, and it is hard on my mum the most as she is the one there having me crying and it isnt nice for her to see me or her grandaughter like this

I hear what you're saying - it is hard for people who care about us to seeing us upset, hurt and afraid. But that's what mums are for (sometimes, at any rate).
I really hope you get the help you need too. With a bit of luck, the legal expert will get back to you at the beginning of next week.

As far as I'm aware if a court has ordered this contact then there little you can do about it, unless something new rears it's ugly head with your ex, I take it the court had all the relevant information regarding his inappropriate behavior? And I believe this is why he 'only' get one hour and it's supervised.
I'm sorry your going through this, how olds the child? And was that the final hearing at court?
