New to this site..hoping that it may help..with making new friends & getting advice from the forums/discussion.
I'm 50 years old, have had only 2 serious relationships, one of 22 years, the other, 7 years.
I have 3 grown up children from the first relationship, 2 daughters aged 21 & 15, also a son aged 17. Although they don't live with me, when the relationship broke down 9 years ago, they used to spend a lot of time with me. But as they have gotten older they don't need me as much as they used.
Professionally, i worked in the print industry for about 28 years, following redundancy i had various roles in other industries/professions, mainly temporary roles. I have now been working in healthcare, for approx 8 months, as a Care/Support Worker.

Are your three living independently now? I ask that because my youngest is still at home but you would hardly know it, what with all the comings and goings....mind you I have the laundry and the all the cooking to do so he must be around somewhere!
Are you enjoying your work in the new role?
