hi all. :) please advice if you can. my sons dad had his mom file for him(the dad) some years ago. so was left to raise my child on my own. Eventually his dad filed for my son. thinking about my boys future I agreed. eventually I changed my mind and had not signed any documents as all this was just conversations.

Well he did take him in the end it seems had no say. now am bieng banned from seeing my child. all pleas and discussions are on his terms which eventually turn out into "he nee d you,he has a new mommy" 

I now live in the UK(citizen) and would like to know how do go about this legally.I'm on my own with his family behind him. they live in Florida.
