Happy Father's day to all you Dad's out there. To the lone-parents, I hope you have a great day, and to the non-resident Dad's, I hope you get to be with your children and enjoy the day.
Well said sparkling, you beat me to it. We have some great dads on One Space and some of us have our own dads still.
Father's Day can be sad for some who have lost their dads, or did not know their dads or whose dads were not good to them, and sad for chaps who are fathers and no longer see their kids, and sad for mums who wish their child had involvement with a good dad. We acknowledge that too.
If you are in the group that finds it hard to celebrate today, please know that you are giving your own children lots of love and bringing up your sons to be brilliant dads in their turn.
