I am a new lady, And i have a beautiful girl and she is 2 years old. We go married in 2008, But we got divorced, because he has got another family coming to UK. I don't know where to start or end. But we were very happy in our Maarried lives, But when i knewed that he has got family, I was very upset and told him to go. But he goes to me he will take my live thats is my lovely Daughter, i was like in the grave. I started to fainted, My legs were cuts not standing on my legs, but i said that, this is not right. I begin to stand on my feet, went to find jobs talk to JSA/ Council peoples if they could help me. But nothing happen. I was so depreset. 
One day He come home and he gave me the divorce papers. i could not bair him in my house, I told him leave my house and see you in the court. I found out about the solicitors, When i did not have any money, but still i fight for my Daughter which was everything for me. I won my heartest daughter my case but i could not yet find a nice job, Because i was separated in may 2011. But i am looking jobs and I am on JSA. I don't know why does our ex do this silly things. When they know that, they had a lovely family.

I am pleased to read that you won the Court case and custody of your daughter.
Do you have Right to Reside in the UK? If so, you are entitled to Income Support as your daughter is only 2 years old, rather than JSA.
Is your ex still being difficult, does he visit you?
