I have now finshed the freedom program i found it very helpful but how long does postage take for the certificate ?
Yes, it's for a court order. I have to show proof to Social Services/Health Visitors etc. Thank You
When I did the programme I received it within a week 
Hi zoeyskyx i have spoken with the Head Office, the staff member that deals with the certificates is not in now until next week, so if it has not been sent yet it should be sent at the beginning of next week, if you have not received it by the end of the week let us know and i will chase it up again.
Have you got a deadline when you have to have completed the Freedom Course?

Hi zoeskyx, I am sorry we have not sent it to you yet. We have had some problems with the website recently, and we have been late sending out the certificates. I will chase it up today and will let you know when you can expect it, but you will certainly have it by the 29th
hello would any one be able to help me i need to get my certificate for my social worker by next week and i didnt realise it would be posted is there any way i can go back and just print the course out and the completion paper
as i need it by the bigining of next week thankyou
