final hearing

Hi i have just been through the court procedings and the things ive heard that once the LA have put there "care plan in place" the judges always go with what they recommend. Cupcakes, stay strong,n keep fighting till the very end to get ur child back, as you'll be surprised how many people give up and let there child/ren go. The lacal Authority wanted my child adopted, 8mths ive been fighting them, and it finally payed of we had to go to a 3day trial, yes its not the nicest thinhs to go throu, put im one of the few parents who can say, i proved to the courts that the  LA where wrong, and that my child was better to be returned to me. and the courts said he was to be returned to my care. the final hearing isnt going to be nice they will bring up all kinds, but keep strong, keep going They will turn things around on you, from what they have gained from there parenting assesment, i dont no y this has happened to u, ( but prov to them that the best place for you child is with you) its mentally draining the final hearing, i hope n pray that it ll goes well for you and you get a result like i did, and get you child back, it makes me sick how the LA can play god with peoples future, thinking they no best n 9 times out of 10 they havent even got kids themselfs, i hope thiws has give u a liitle info what to expect? they will go around & hear evidence of everyone, its hard but i got told i had no chance of getting the answer i did, how wrong where they all, :-)

Hi Cupcakes, i done every course that was going, done everything and more they asked me to do, they used my past from 20yrs ago against me to, you get told to co-operate fully with them so use parents do, then they twist n turn every little thing. U make sure u give evidence so u can answer questions how u want to, and i also wrote a letter to the bench, i recommend u do the same, as in my case that went a long way (but everyone's is different) i'm just trying to advice u the best i can, as i no how it feels. Even thou the courts have ordered my son to return the LA r still being unfair and wont re-do there care plan to return back to me, i still have court cases to go, but its the best result i could of asked for. in your letter say how, u have changed ( i dont no ur reaosns so its a bit hard) but i wrote how i shouldnt be judged on my past, i cant chnage that what i can do is take control of my future make it a better one the only person that is missing is my son, i told that what i'd been doing, what i will continue to do when he is returned, what a strong bond we have 2gethere, hes nearly 3 and asked to come with me after contact, now its the LA messing with his head when its been to the trial n they have said to return home, i hope u get some more info u needed pls feel free to ask me anything .....i no how hard it is n ur right it just makes us stronger n fight even harder!!! if u want to chat privatly send me ur email, i will always reply x

if there saying u need more counselling, is ur child in nursery/school if so u can carry that on while your child in at nursery/school....get answers, for when they fire them at u, get prepared, i no its hard, but try n cover all u can, and have a meeting with ur solicator n barr, b4 the final hearing hun x
