Hi I am new on this brill site very impressed just to enlighten anyone fleeing or suffering domestic violence who are claiming Job Seekers allowance you can ask for a DV 2 form from your adviser for the first month to relax your job searching you still have to search for work however they are supposed to be more relaxed about it. after the month you have to ask for the form again and hopfully you can get your GP or a support worker or maybe health vistior to sign and complete the form   or someone else in professional capacity then you get a further amount of time up to 13 weeks also if your a women who is from another country experincing Domestic violence contact South hall Black sisters 020 8571 9595 on  as you may be able to obtain support and advice to get Domestic Violence consession that assits women for 13 weeks who have no recourse to public funds to obtain benefits to obtain support to access legal advice. also rights of women give advice see below  Hope infomation helps you
