That is just dreadful! What IS the World coming to, when people who really need help don't get it, but silly men kicking a round ball all over the place get paid thousands!?
The article says people with less than six months to live will not be affected. Well, whoopee-doo.
I agree that footballers are overpaid but at least that comes from a commercial enterprise. What concerns me most of all are monies from the public purse, which are wasted, such as the multi million pound regional fire stations which have been built and never used. Money for these sick people is a drop in the ocean!
That is a disgrace.
Shocking, I am never failed to be surprised by benefit cuts.
