Hi joshyboy99567

Welcome along

I am not sure what has happened here....I would say get in touch with your WP provider first thing on Monday and explain what has happened and ask them to contact Job Centre Plus uregently to iron this out. In the meantime, you can appeal against a sanction, and JCP have a duty to tell you how and provide a leaflet so get on to them too as a matter of urgency.

Good luck and let us know how you get on

So do you think that it is ironed out now or are you still waiting to hear from them?
