So... What would you do?

Eldest ordered clear indicators for his car.  They should have had orange bulbs, but none were in the packaging.

He checked through the packaging and I checked through the packaging - no orange bulbs.

So off he trotted to Halfords to buy some.

I emailed the seller to say I was dissapointed that no bulbs included even though it was advertised as sold with bulbs.

I have received a reply to say they're dissapointed that I didn't bother to check through the packaging before emailing them...  I've replied to say I did.

So, I'm thinking neutral feed back for goods and communication, with good with delivery time and postage costs.

Never had cause not to leave a positive before.

Am I being reasonable?

Thank you

What is the outcome now, are they going to send bulbs?

If not then I would say negative feedback. I think they were rude. You could email saying that if they send some replacement bulbs you would be happy to leave positive feedback.

I've not had a response.

I'm sure I wasn't rude in the first email...

Thank you.

Oi, Hazeleyes, who are you calling Victor? heh heh smiley

Hi sparkling,  I am presming it is ebay. I would not leave any feedback at all to start with, I would then "raise a dispute" about it, with the Resolution Centre, see here

If you go through this process and it is unresoved then negative feedback is the truth of the matter!
