Hi, one of my boys is allegic to egg and the other is lactose intolerant, I mostly cook everything from scratch at home. I buy pure spread and they have a website with loads of yummy recipes

http://www.puredairyfree.co.uk/recipelibrary.php

you tick the boxes of what you cannot eat and it brings up recipes, my boys mainly miss out on cake, I have found some good vegan cake recipes online, this is a good place to start.

You can get lactose free stuff in most supermarkets now, sainsburies is a good place for dairy free chocolate made with rice flour, not sure if it soya free though, will check if I have any in the cupboards. I also found getting a dairy free advent calender expensive or near impossible, I bought a refillable felt one from a health food shop that I can put sweets in. Sainsburies do a dairy free easter egg.

mostly you have to look around and google alot :) Good luck

Thank you Sunnyrain, I find it near impossible to find nice stuff for A to eat, shops normally only provide small sections with boring food in :( I cook alot at home as that way I know what's going into the foods. I will defo try that website :)

You could also ask in your local health food shop, Tinkerbell2. If you have a Holland & Barrett nearby, they might be able to offer some good alternatives to egg, dairy & soya based foods for you daughter.
