The Maya Centre - (Greater London)

The Maya Centre provides free psychodynamic counselling and group psychotherapy for women on low incomes living in Islington. 

Clients can choose whether they would like to join a group or receive individual counselling. Currently they have 2 groups running; one for women affected by domestic violence and another group for women over 50.

Can offer counselling in a number of different languages and we also have staff who specialise in working with:

• Irish women
• Ethnic minority and refugee women
• Women suffering from domestic violence or survivors of child sexual abuse
• Older women
