Endemol are making a pilot for a ground-breaking documentary-series in which we are attempting to build bridges between fathers and their children.
Does the father of your child have children with other women?
Has he not taken on the responsibility of fatherhood?
Would you like him to spend more time with your child?
The idea of the show is to re-unite children with their fathers who wish they could have been more involved but haven’t for a number of reasons. We’re going to give the father all of his children for a week while he gets to grips with all the challenges fatherhood have to give.
Meanwhile, the mums are going to take a well-deserved holiday.
At the end of the process all parties will sit down and work out a way in which their future can be more amiable, with the father being as active in his children's life as possible.
This is about modern family life – and making it work.
This programme aims to find positive solutions – ways of making these modern families work more effectively, and for the better so they support the kids who grow up in them.
